Einhellig Interdisciplinary Forum - Abstract Submission
Submit your research abstract for consideration by 5 p.m. on Monday, March 31, 2025. If accepted you will receive a confirmation email with presentation details no later than April 7, 2025.
Tips and reminders
- Submitting an abstract indicates you are willing and able to present at the EIDF in-person event on Friday, April 25, 2025.
- For projects with multiple presenters, please ensure that ALL presenters are listed in your abstract submission. Presenters not listed in this submission will not be registered for EIDF participation.
- As a presenter, you are responsible for producing a poster or preparing an oral presentation that represents your work. See guidelines for presenters.
- Gain your advisor’s approval before submitting your abstract.
- Ensure your abstract contains these key elements:
- purpose of research
- methods
- results
- conclusions
- We recommend that you type your information and abstract directly into the Qualtrics form. Copying and pasting from a rich text file (e.g., Word, Docs, etc.) may mean that underlying punctuation markup will be stripped from your content.
- Your title must be 120 characters or less.
- The body of your abstract must be 1250 characters or less.
- If your abstract submission has complex characters that cannot be captured in the Qualtrics submission, please send your abstract via email to GradCollegeServices@MissouriState.edu.
Virtual presentation option
The EIDF is designed as an in-person event as a means of celebrating our graduate community via face-to-face interaction and collaboration.
However, we recognize that you may live several states away. Or you may be involved in activities like internships or clinical assignments that prevents you from being in Springfield on the date of the event. To accommodate you, we are providing a virtual asynchronous option. Your advisor will need to verify your need for a virtual presentation slot.
