Faculty members and off-campus professionals are invited to help judge the oral presentations, poster presentations and performances during the Forum. You may be assigned to judge a presentation that is close to your discipline or very different from your field. The latter is because we have asked the student to present research in a way that can be understood outside of the student's field. Therefore, presentations should not be too technical.
You will need to report to the judges' room (TBD) in the PSU as early as 7:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 4th. All rankings must be reported to the Graduate College after the completion of assigned presentations.
Judging oral presentations
Judges for oral presentations will view presentations from 9-10 am and 10:45-11:45 am.
Judging poster presentations
Poster judges will assess approximately 10 posters from 8-9 am and 10-11 am to identify students with excellent posters.
Performance presentation rounds will be determined by the nature and amount of submissions in that format.
